Started her career in Germany where she helped a company grow their exports from zero to €3M in less than 3years.

As a commercial specialist John deploys bespoke processes for Growth Strategy Development, Innovation As A Service and Sales As A Service across multiple industry sectors enabling clients to both define and realise their business ambition. He undertakes Feasibility Studies on innovative solutions for Irish and International third level institutions as well as local authorities. He has designed and delivered a pan European training programme for health innovators delivered via EIT Health RIS ads well as acting as an external expert for EIT Health’s pan European innovation call supporting Digital Health innovators.

Aidan is a Mechanical Engineer with 20 years experience in multi-national Health Care companies at Engineering and Plant management level. He has wide experience in worldwide High-Tech Technology Transfer projects and customer servicing both for European and Irish companies. Senior Partner in RPI Associates, offering consultancy services in the areas of R&D, Business Innovation and Automation Techniques.
Aidan is a voluntary, long-time private member of the Enterprise Ireland RD&I Committee.
