During her career, she successfully guided and supported these businesses through major transformative change programmes including start-ups, mergers, acquisitions, outsourcing, TUPE, re-structuring and site closure, as well as through culture change in support of developing a LEAN organisation.

Philip has managed stand-alone businesses, business divisions within large multinational corporate organisations. He has managed teams across multiple geographical locations and built many cross functional teams.
Companies worked with – from €1m to €2bil turnover, in senior and mid management positions.
Significant experience in defining business strategy and then aligning with the organisation structure, system infrastructure and data intelligence to allow the business to make data driven decisions which will in turn increase profitability.

Gavin is an end to end Prepared Food Specialist with more than 30 years’ experience in senior management positions with some of Ireland’s best known food companies and projects with 60 clients.
He is directly experienced and qualified in Procurement, Food Safety, Upscaling, Lean Manufacturing, Cost Modelling, Cost Reduction, Negotiation, Training & Development and Strategic Innovation and has a proven track record of bringing an intrepid and innovative approach to bear on complex and challenging opportunities. In terms of Procurement and Supplier Management Gavin has managed annual budgets of €80m and inward supply chain of 60 suppliers from across the globe. He is expert in tendering processes, supplier sourcing, raw material cost reduction and negotiation.
He has perfected a knowledge-based system of understanding and tracking a cost model for the items that a supplier manufacturers and supplies; as a vehicle for knowing where to look for and achieving value for money. Gavin is also qualified in food standards auditing undertaking risk assessments to understand the food or beverage before proposing any changes to a process and has the highest level of HACCP among other food safety related qualifications.
