Growing since 2012.
Pembroke Alliance was formed by John Daly CEO in 2012. John has founded and built food companies including Feldhues GMBH and Swift Fine Foods. Since its formation John has guided and built the business to be one of the top management consultancy providers in Ireland.
From our origins in providing Lean Management Consultancy services to in excess of 200 companies nationwide, Pembroke Alliance now provides experienced expertise across a range of services including Lean, Green, Digital, Export Sales, Finance & Strategy and HR & Recruitment.
We have grown our team in excess of 30 consultants with a vast business experience, with over 500 years in total. Our team has operated at Owner / Senior management level in a wide range of manufacturing and supplier companies within Ireland and beyond. They have raised multiple millions of Euros in bank and private equity finance and have generated further multiple millions of Euros in exits from both their own businesses and enabling clients to achieve the same goal. Each team member brings individual core expertise that you can benefit from, making a real difference to your business performance.
