The Situation
Our customer was at a crossroads. Increasing raw materials and labour costs were putting a huge strain on the business. They had tried lean initiatives before with other providers however the changes had never stuck.
They needed to change their operation and refine their product offering fast. Following a recommendation from another client, they decided to engage with Pembroke Alliance.
