The Situation
Our customer had a state-of-the-art production facility, a multi-million-pound turnover, and an internationally recognised brand. However, the lack of focus on Health and Safety threatened everything they had worked for.
At the time of engagement, our client was dealing with 260 accidents per year, of which 45 of those were going to claims. Their insurance bill had grown to over €600K per annum in addition to their growing spend in claims (€1.2 million).
